Enjoy these gluten-free and dairy-free waffles on the weekends, weekdays, with family or even solo (no judgment). Easy to make, tastefully sweet, 10/10 recommend! Slice some strawberries and enjoy with fruit and organic honey. I will definitely be making these again.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Pancake Mix (King Arthur Flour)
- A handful of Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
Mix ingredients and cook using waffle iron! This recipe makes about 4 waffles. Voila!

Waffles con semillas de chía
Disfrutá de estos waffles libres de gluten y libres de lactosa, durante el fin de semana, durante la semana, con familia o solo (sin ánimo de juzgar a nadie!). Fáciles de hacer, medio dulzones, les doy un 10! Agregale frutillas cortadas y un poco de miel y a disfrutar. Definitivamente se merecen un bis!
Ingredientes:
- 1 tza. mezcla (preparación) de respostería sin gluten
- 1 puñado de semillas de chia
- 1 1/2 tza. de aceite de coco
- 1 huevo
- 2/3 tza. leche de almendras
Mezcla los ingredientes y cocinalos en waffleria electrica o manuel sobre la hornalla. Rinde 4 waffles (approx.) ¡Voila!

I tried these and they are so yummy! They taste just at good (if not better) than regular waffles! I'll definitely be implementing this recipe as a regular for my Sunday Brunch menu :) I used a standard waffle iron and got exactly 4 waffles!
