BREAKFAST TACOS

TACOOSSSSSS. If I could eat tacos for every meal of the day I would. And so today, I decided to make some breakfast tacos because why not.


Ingredients:

- 1 corn tortilla
- 1 egg
- spinach
- avocado
- vegan cheese
- salt
- ground pepper


Scramble an egg in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Set the stove to medium heat and pour the egg into the pan. Do not cook the egg- first place the tortilla over the egg and after 2 minutes flip the tortilla over- the eggs should be stuck to the tortilla and cooked! Then add the spinach and cheese and voila! Once out of the pan, add the avocado and fold the tortilla in half. Yummy breakfast tacos!!
