Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon sliced into rounds
In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Then, in a skillet over medium heat, heat two tbsp oil. When the oil is hot add the salmon skin side up and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden (about 6-7 minutes) and then flip over and add remaining tbsp of oil. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for one minute. Add the honey mixture and sliced lemons (this is when the fire rose so please be cautious) and cook until the sauce is reduced by about 1/3. Garnish with sliced lemon and voila!

Casi quemamos la casa con esta receta...así que ojo! Valga decir que igual valió la pena…!!
Ingredientes:
-1/3 taza de miel
-1/4 tza de salsa de soja (libre gluten)
-2 cdas jugo de limón
-1 cdta de pimentón en hojuelas (flakes)
-3 cdas aceite de oliva extra virgen
-4 filetes de salmón secado con papel de cocina
-sal
-pimienta negra
-3 cabezas de ajo picaditas
-1 limón cortados en rueditas
En un bowl combiná la miel, la salsa de soja, el jugo de limón, y las hojuelas de pimentón. Después, en una sartén sobre fuego medio, calentá dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Cuando el aceite esté caliente colocá los filetes de salmón con la piel hacia arriba y salpimentar. Cociná durante unos seis minutos y después dar vuelta. Agregá las dos cucharadas restantes de aceite de oliva y el ajo picado a la sartén, cociná durante un minuto. Agregá la mezcla líquida y las rodajas de limón. Aquí es cuando se nos prendió fuego!!! Cuidado con la salpicada. Cociná hasta que el volumen de salsa de reduzca a 1/3 más o menos. Colocá las rodajas de limón a la presentación del plato. Listo!!!!
