Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Store in the fridge overnight so that the chia seeds can absorb and expand. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and voila!! TIP: if you want it to be sweeter, just add maple syrup. Top with strawberries or cocoa nibs. Voila! The perfect dessert that will satisfy your sweet craving without leaving you full.

10/10! Vegano, libre de gluten y libre de nueces!
Ingredientes:
3/4 tza semillas de chia
2 1/4 tza leche de almendras
1/2 tza de cocoa en polvo
1/3 tza de jarabe de arce
1 cdta de extracto de vainilla
1/2 cdta de sal marina
Mezcla todos los ingredientes en un bol y refrigerá de un día para otro así le das oportunidad a la semillas de absorber y expandir.
Licuá todos los ingredientes hasta alcanzar una consistencia suave. TIP: si te gusta más dulce agregá un poco más de jarabe de arce. Decorá con frutillas o con grageas de chocolate. Listo!
Este postre te saca esa necesidad de comer algo dulce sin las calorías ni el empalague!
