- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- sea salt to taste
In a large pot over medium heat melt the coconut oil, Add the popcorn kernels and cover- wait for the kernels to begin to pop. Once they begin to pop, shake the pot to avoid burning until the time between pops slows down to 2 to 3 seconds. Remove the pot from the heat and transfer to large bowl. Sprinkle with the turmeric, cinnamon, salt and voila!! TIP: wash hands after because turmeric stains!!!

1/4 taza aceite de coco
2/3 taza de maíz para pop
1 cda de canela
sal marina a gusto
En una cacerola grande colocar los granos de maíz y el aceite de coco....cubrir y esperar que los granos comiencen a explotar. Una vez que se desencadena el proceso ir sacudiendo la olla para evitar que los granos que están en contacto con la superficie por mucho tiempo se quemen. Cuando el intervalo entre explosión y explosión disminuye a dos o tres segundos remover la cacerola del fuego y verter el pop en un bol grande. Rociarlo con la cúrcuma, la canela y la sal. Listo!
TIP: lávense las manos inmediatamente porque la cúrcuma mancha!!!
