Again, I am taken aback by the power of greek yogurt. This 4 ingredient recipe is so easy, you must try! I enjoyed the bagel with sliced avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning whereas my sister but some vegan butter and honey and both were delicious. If you want to make the recipe vegan, just use a dairy-free yogurt! This recipe yields about 5 bagels.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup greek yogurt
Preheat the oven to 350. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and yogurt until you have a dough-like consistency. Place the dough into the donut mold (if you do not have one, just make little bagel shaped circles and place on a pan) and into the oven for 30 minutes. Once ready, let cool before toasting! Voila!
