PEANUT BUTTER PUFF CEREAL

Has anyone else reencountered their love for cereal during the quarantine? Here is a healthy and super easy cereal recipe for all of you cereal fanatics to try! Vegan and Gluten-Free :)


Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of oat flour**


**If you do not have oat flour, grind oats in a blender until they are thin and flour-like.


Preheat the oven to 350. Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and oat flour. With your hands, form tiny little balls and place on a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes and voila! I enjoyed these with almond milk but it is up to you!
