Gluten-free strawberry pancakes for your perfect Saturday brunch.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
In a blender, mix the gluten-free rolled oats to make oat flour. Set aside. Mix all of the other ingredients in the blender and lastly add the oat flour. Spray a pan with coconut oil over medium heat and pour batter to make pancakes. Flip after 3 minutes on each side. Voila! Enjoy with maple syrup, honey, chia seeds, cut bananas, or strawberries. So good.

Panqueques de frutilla libre de gluten para el brunch del domingo. Ideal!
Ing:
1/4 tza de frutillas
2 bananas
1/4 tza de leche de almendras
1 tza de avena arrollada libre de gluten
1 cdta de vinagre de manzana
1/2 cdta del canela
1 cda de polvo de hornear
En una procesadora mezclá la avena para afinarla y hacer harina de avena. Por otro lado procesá los otros ingredientes y por último agregale la avena procesada. Aceitá una sartén con aceite de coco y calentá a fuego medio. Colocá la mezcla para formar los panqueques y dalos vuelta cada tres minutos. Listo! Disfrútalos con jarabe de arce, miel, semillas de chía, rodajas de banana, o frutillas. Impecables!
