WOWWWWW. I am shooketh. This is so good and ONLY HAS 4 INGREDIENTS. Gluten Free, Nut Free, and Vegan :) Enjoy with homemade curry or hummus.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 cup coconut/almond yogurt (dairy-free)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- spices of your choice (I used garlic powder)
In a large mixing bowl, mix the gf flour, coconut yogurt, olive oil, and a dash of salt. Once well combined, dust your hands with the gf flour and shape dough into a ball. Spread more flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough. Separate into four sections and flatter with your hands. TIP: the dough can be sticky so make sure your hands are covered in flour to avoid the sticky mess! Once the pieces are flat, heat a nonstick pan on high heat and once hot, using a spatula place a piece of the dough on the pan. CAREFUL- the bread heats up faster than you think!! About 4 minutes on each side and voila! Drizzle olive oil on the bread and top with spices of your choice. SO DELICIOUS.
