Dabbled in the world of matcha today.
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cups chia seeds
- 2 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp matcha powder
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure there are no clumps!! Store in the fridge overnight and voila!! This recipe has lasted me a week and I enjoy it with fresh strawberries, shredded coconut, and honey. It also gives me the perfect energy for workouts!! Eat for breakfast, snack or dessert :)

Tentada con las posibilidades del matcha (té verde concentrado) hoy!
Ingredientes:
2/3 taza de semillas de chia
2 1/2 taza de leche de almendras
1/3 taza de leche de coco
4 cdas de jarabe de arce
1 cdta de vainilla
3 cdtas de matcha en polvo
Mezclá todos los ingredientes en un bol grande, que no queden grumos!! Refrigerá de la noche a la mañana y listo! Esta fórmula dura hasta una semana en la heladera y la podés acompañar con frutillas, coco rallado y miel. También es una fuente de energía perfecta para consumir antes de tus entrenamientos. Lo podés tomar como desayuno, snack o postre!
