Call me basic, but I gave in to Kourtney Kardashian's "miracle pudding" and I have no regrets. It is so good and so extremely filling- I get what the rave is about! Gluten Free/Dairy Free.
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey (sub agave if vegan)
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender. Once well mixed, place in the fridge for 1 hour and let it thicken (trust me, tastes so much better this way!!) Voila!! SO good. Who knew avocado could be a dessert? Not me.
