Perfect for meatless Monday :)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower

- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400.Cut the cauliflower into small, bite sized pieces. Spray/brush with coconut oil and in a separate bowl mix the flour, yeast, and spices. Dip the cauliflower pieces in the flour mixture and make sure it’s coated. Line a pan with parchment paper and lay the cauliflower. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy with sweet potato fries or a healthy salad~ Voila!!
