These kale chips are so tasty and go great on a salad or as a snack!! You's be surprised they're vegan :)
Ingredients
- kale
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300. In a large bowl, add coconut oil to the kale and massage the kale for two minutes, set aside. In a blender, mix the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic powder until its in a powder-like texture. Pour the mix on to the kale and with your hands mix the kale with the blended ingredients. Lay on a baking sheet but make sure to spread the kale apart. Bake for 15 minutes and then take out and flip the kale. Bake for 5 more minutes and voila! Easy peasy kale chips!
