PUMPKIN MUFFINS

 Where my fall fanatics at?! Fall season is upon us :) These pumpkin muffins are super good and vegan optional !! Just replace the eggs with flax eggs. Gluten free too, duh.

Ingredients:

- 1 can pumpkin puree

- 2 eggs

- 1/3 cup maple syrup

- 1 cup creamy almond butter

- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

- 1 tsp pumpkin spice

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all of the ingredients until well combined and then grease a muffin tin with coconut oil. Fill the tin and bake for 30 minutes. Voila!! SO good. If you're feeling risky, add some oats to the muffins before baking!
