GLUTEN FREE/VEGAN PUMPKIN BREAD

Ingredients:

- 1 can pumpkin puree

- 2 flax eggs

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- 2 tbsp almond milk

- 2 1/4 cup oat flour

- 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp sea salt

- handful (or two) vegan dark chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all of the ingredients and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. Fill the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes. Voila!! So good. :)
