VEGAN PAO DE QUIEJO (BRAZILIAN CHEESE BREAD)

Yes yes I know its ironic- Vegan cheese bread. But I decided to live a little and try out this recipe. Was it the same as the pao de quiejo I grew up eating? No, but it was delicious nonetheless and I am just here to spread my knowledge. 

Ingredients:

- 1 flax egg (sub regular egg if you're not vegan)

- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 2/3 cup Culina plain and simple dairy free yogurt 

- 2 tbsp almond milk

- 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preheat the oven to 400 and grease a mini muffin pan. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and fill the mini muffin pan. If you do not have one, you can also use a regular muffin pan. Bake for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the muffin pan you use). Voila!!!
