Calling all of my yuca/cassava fanatics. I did something. These are a healthier potato chip and taste really good. I used an air fryer but you can fry these in oil or bake them!! SO good and only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 yuca root
- salt
- avocado oil
First, peel the yuca root and cut thin circular slices. If you have a mandoline, then I highly recommend using it to slice the yuca! Once slices, cover in avo oil and salt and then stick in the air fryer at 350 for 15 minutes. Voila!! 100p making these again.
