Where my spicy lovers at?! This recipe is a perfect mix of spicy and sweet. I air fried the tofu but you can also bake!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons coconut /avocado oil
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1.5 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
14 ounces extra firm tofu, drained, pressed, and cut into cubes
In a bowl, mix the oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, and cajun seasoning. Place the tofu in the bowl and let it marinate for 15 min - flip over halfway. In an oven - bake at 400 for 60 minutes but in an air fryer- bake at 380 for 17 minutes. Voila! SO good. Enjoy in a grain bowl or as a side.
