VEGAN EARL GREY MUFFINS

 Perfect for tea time :) Replace earl grey bag with another tea of your choice to change up the flavor! Gluten free, nut free and vegan :)


Ingredients:

- 1 cup oat flour (grind up oats in a blender) 

- 1/2 earl grey tea bag

- 1/2 cup warm oat/almond milk 

- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

- pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup vegan butter

- 1/2 cup maple syrup / honey

- powdered sugar 

Preheat oven to 350. Then, mix the warm oat/almond milk half of the tea bag (cut it open and mix) and let it seep. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder, oat flour, and salt. In a third bowl, mix your butter and maple syrup. Add the warm milk and mix. Lastly, add your dry ingredients and blend until you have a batter. Place in muffin tin and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Voila!! Let them cool before adding baking powder. SO yum.
