ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS YO!!!!
Crepes:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup spinach
Blend the eggs and spinach and over medium heat pour the batter. Flip the crepe and then fill with whatever veggies you like!! I sautéed mushrooms, onions, and sweet potatoes. I filled the crepe with hummus and pesto, veggies, and avocado! Top with cotija cheese and voila! So good!!!
